The Kolhumadulu Thimarafushi Council has officially invited interested parties to submit bids for cleaning the western side of the Thimarafushi harbor near the jetty, as well as the local fish market area.
According to a public announcement issued by the Thimarafushi Council on October 4, 2026, the bidding opportunity is open to all commercial entities legally registered under the Business Registration Act (Act No. 18/2014).

The Thimarafushi Council has instructed interested vendors to register for the bid before 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026. Bid registration can be completed online via the designated Google Form link provided by the council or by emailing info@thimarafushi.gov.mv.
The council confirmed that no separate pre-bid information meeting will be held, as full information sheets have been attached directly to the public announcement. Any written queries or requests for clarification regarding the scope of work or information sheet must be submitted to info@thimarafushi.gov.mv before 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 12, 2026, in the meeting room of the Thimarafushi Council Office. The Thimarafushi Council noted that only vendors who register within the designated timeframe will be permitted to submit bids, with each representative allowed to submit a single bid.
