The Maldives Meteorological Service has issued a White Alert for the entire Maldives, forecasting bad weather.
The alert, issued from 08:00 pm tonight to 02:00 am, states that strong winds will be experienced across all regions of the Maldives. Winds are expected to blow between 19 mph and 24 mph. The Maldives Meteorological Service also forecasts that winds could gust up to 45 mph during showers, and seas will be rough.
Due to the worsening weather, the Maldives Meteorological Service has urged everyone to be cautious of the weather conditions.
