Want to Ask the Fisheries Minister a Question?

If you want to ask questions directly to Fisheries Minister Ahmed Shiyam in real-time, all fishermen have that opportunity tonight.

The second session of the "Ahaa" forum, organized by the government to allow the public to question ministers directly, will be held tonight at 08:30. You can attend the forum in person to ask your questions directly. If you are unable to attend, you can also send your questions to the Minister via SMS.

The opportunity to send questions was opened three days ago. To send a question, type AH followed by your question and SMS it to 300.

Five ministers will participate in tonight's forum. In addition to Fisheries Minister Ahmed Shiyam, they are Transport Minister Mohamed Ameen, Homeland Minister Ali Ihusan, Higher Education Minister Dr. Maryam Mariya, and Youth Minister Ibrahim Waheed.

The forum, held jointly by the President's Office and Public Service Media (PSM), is an initiative announced by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu. It aims to provide information about the government's ongoing work directly from the ministers and to give citizens the opportunity to receive direct answers to their questions. This is part of the President's presidential pledge and an effort by his administration to work as closely with the people as possible and to conduct government affairs with maximum transparency.
