Value-added fish product preparation training program in Kurendhoo successfully concludes

The training program on preparing value-added fish products and small business management held in Lh. Kurendhoo has successfully concluded.

A total of 26 participants, comprising 23 women and 3 men, took part in this training program conducted in Kurendhoo from the 5th to the 9th of this month, in collaboration with the Ministry of Fisheries and the Faadhippolhu Atoll Council.

In this training program, in addition to sharing information related to value-added products prepared from fish, participants were provided the opportunity to practically prepare such products. Furthermore, the Ministry of Fisheries stated that participants were taught the essential information and skills required to conduct such work commercially.
