R. Vaadhoo Council has decided to lease land for individuals wanting to build boats for personal use.
The Vaadhoo Council has designated one plot measuring 1,200 square feet to be leased on a temporary basis.
The Vaadhoo Council has opened the opportunity for interested parties to register for this land starting tomorrow until the 15th of this month. During this period, registration can be completed by visiting the council office between 10:00 and 12:00 on any working day. The council stated that an information sheet regarding the land will be handed over to registered parties.
Bid submission will take place on Thursday, May 22, at 11:00 am. The opening of the bids will be held at 11:01 am on the same day in the council office's conference hall.
The council stated that bids from parties who have not registered to participate in the bidding, as well as bids submitted after the deadline, will not be accepted. Furthermore, the council noted that bids must be submitted in the name of the registered party.
