The Fisheries Ministry deployed the FAD today, 6 miles east of Baarah. The FAD number is C09V02-01.

This FAD was deployed after the previous FAD in the area was lost.
Trolling FADs, established at a distance of between 3 to 6 miles around islands, are specially designed for trolling and sports fishing. The trolling FAD is designed with a light visible from afar and a radar reflector to easily identify its location.
