Seeking a party to lease the Vilufushi Fish Market building

Th. Vilufushi Island Council has begun efforts to find a party to lease the island's fish market building.

The Vilufushi Council stated that the decision to lease the fish market building, located on the southwestern side of the island, was made because several parties have expressed interest in renting it. The council publicly announced today, inviting interested parties to submit proposals.

The council stated that a pre-bid meeting specifically for those interested in leasing the building will be held at the council office at 13:15 on the 6th of next month. Furthermore, proposal submission will take place at 13:15 on the 13th of next month. The council noted that parties who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be given the opportunity to submit proposals.
