Religious information session held for MIFCO employees in preparation for Ramadan

A religious information session has been held for employees of the state fisheries company, MIFCO, in preparation for the holy month of Ramadan 1447.

This session was held jointly by the Islamic Ministry and MIFCO under the theme "Maruhaba Ramadan" (Welcome Ramadan). The session, which was attended by a large number of MIFCO employees, was facilitated by Ash-Sheikh Hassan Taufeeq.

During the session held at the MIFCO Head Office this morning, information was shared on preparing for Ramadan, the reasons why Ramadan is important, Islamic jurisprudence rulings related to fasting, the conduct of a fasting person, and how to maintain one's actions after the month of Ramadan.

MIFCO stated that the purpose of this activity was to provide employees with essential religious information as they face the blessed month of Ramadan, and to encourage them to begin the month of worship with spiritual freshness and sincerity.
