The opportunity has been opened for interested parties to submit proposals to lease the fish market building in Th. Vilufushi.
This is the second time the council has invited proposals from parties interested in leasing the fish market building located on the south-western side of the island. The Vilufushi Council stated that the opportunity to submit proposals was reopened because the announcement made on the 29th of last month did not receive adequate support. The council decided to lease the market building as some parties have been expressing interest in renting the place.
The council stated that a pre-bid meeting specifically for parties interested in leasing the building will be held at the council office at 13:15 on the 13th of this month. Furthermore, the submission of proposals will take place at 13:15 on the 20th of this month. The council has stated that parties who do not participate in the pre-bid meeting will not be given the opportunity to submit a proposal.
