Opportunity for small businesses producing fish products to supply to MIFCO!

The Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company (MIFCO) has opened the opportunity to supply its "Rasain" products.

The opportunity to supply "Rasain" products, carried out under MIFCO's CSR, was opened to provide additional opportunities for small businesses producing fish products and to help them expand their businesses.

"Rasain" products include traditional Maldivian fish-based foods such as athujehi, handulu gulha, and fried bajiya. MIFCO opened the opportunity yesterday for interested parties to produce and supply these items to MIFCO. MIFCO stated that interested parties are requested to submit their proposals before the 7th of this month. Proposals can also be submitted via email. Emails should be sent to the company's bid@mifco.mv.

Information to be included in the proposal:

• The permit code issued by the Maldives Food and Drug Authority (MFDA) for preparing food at home

• Names of the products that can be supplied and details of their ingredients

MIFCO stated that the company has decided to provide additional assistance to the parties selected for supply from among the submitted proposals.
