The F. Nilandhoo Council has decided to lease land for fish boiling and drying operations.
The Nilandhoo Council has decided to lease five plots of 1,500 square feet from the area east of Nikagas Magu and south of Chaandhanee Magu on the northern side of the island. The council stated that the minimum lease rate is 10 laari per square foot, and the plots will be leased for a period of 15 years.
The Nilandhoo Council requested interested parties to visit the council office for clarification and submit their bids by 11:00 hrs on April 29. Bids must be submitted using the official bid submission form issued by the office, and a sample of the form can be downloaded from the council's Facebook page and the Maldivian Government Gazette.
