The Maldives National University (MNU) has announced that the third seminar of this year's Ilmee Fovahi series will be held tomorrow.
MNU stated that this seminar is organized by the university's Centre for Maritime Studies, and this session is specifically dedicated to empowering women in the maritime industry.
The Ilmee Fovahi will take place tomorrow at 1:00 PM at the MNU B Block Auditorium. The panelists participating in the session include the Head of the Centre for Maritime Studies, Captain Mohamed Zaid, Maritime Instructor Captain Ahmed Jabir, and the General Manager of Maldives Ports Limited, Aishath Neesha Khaleel.
The National University launched the "Ilmee Fovahi" seminar series, which is open to the public, in 2013. Its main objective is to provide broad opportunities for academic debates within the community, discuss and generate ideas on important national issues, advance knowledge, and increase public interest in academic activities. The fields covered by the seminars include education, Islamic Sharia, journalism, economics, health, and maritime studies.
