MNDF has stated that they are utilizing all their resources in the search for the missing cargo dhoni named "Kashi Vaali" (Brilliant Career).
The owner of the dhoni reported it missing to the MNDF Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (MRCC) after losing contact with the vessel, which was travelling from GDh. Gadhdhoo to Male'. MNDF stated that the search for the dhoni is ongoing using all available MNDF resources.
Information received indicates that the 76-foot-long dhoni has a crew of 5 people. This includes 3 Maldivians and 2 foreigners.
