It has been decided to lease land in Muli for a long term under a bidding process for fish processing work.
The Muli Council has decided to lease the island's fish land number M-01. It is a 2,000 square foot plot. The land is to be leased for a period of 7 years.
While the council has now opened the opportunity to lease the land, parties registered under the Sole Proprietorship Act and parties registered under the Business Registration Act can submit bids. The council administration has requested parties interested in leasing the land to complete the registration form and submit it to the council's email info@muli.gov.mv or to the council before 13:00 on Sunday, 23 November 2025.
Bid submission will be held at 13:00 on Thursday, 27 November 2025 at the M. Muli Council administration. The council stated that parties who do not register for the bid and parties who are not present on time to submit their bids will not be given the opportunity to submit estimates.
