The land for fish cooking and fisheries-related work is to be leased for a period of 20 years. Parties wishing to lease the land must propose a rent of not less than one Rufiyaa per square foot.
The council opened the opportunity today for interested parties to register and submit proposals to lease the land. Interested parties can register by filling out the online form to get the opportunity to submit a proposal. The council stated that parties who do not submit the form will not be given the opportunity to submit a proposal.
