Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll Council to Conduct Crew Course in Collaboration with Centre for Maritime Studies

The Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll Council has decided to conduct a crew certificate course in collaboration with the Maldives National University's Centre for Maritime Studies.

The council has now opened the opportunity to participate in this course, titled 'Crew Certificate Course 2025', scheduled to be held from October 14 to 15.

The council stated that the 12-hour course is open to 25 participants, and the council has decided to cover half of the course fee for the participants. The course fee is 500 Rufiyaa.

The council requests interested parties to email their application forms and documents to the council's email info@gaafudhaalu.gov.mv before 14:00 on September 28.

The council stated that anyone over 18 years of age who can read and write in Dhivehi and knows basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) can apply for the course.
