A dinghy commonly used for fishing in R. Fainu has been reported missing.
The owner stated that the dinghy was used for both pelagic and reef fishing, and it went missing sometime last night while moored in the Fainu lagoon. The owner added that the approximately 18-foot dinghy had fishing gear on board when it disappeared.
Following the disappearance, the owner reported the incident to the police this morning. However, the dinghy has not been found so far. The owner has requested anyone with information regarding the dinghy to contact 7214404 and share the details.
