Fisheries Ministry's State Minister Dr. Amzath Ahmed and State Minister Aminath Hussain Shareef have met with the N. Atoll Council.
During the meeting held yesterday at the N. Atoll Council Secretariat, discussions were held on ways to work together on fisheries-related matters included in the council's action plan, the ministry said. The ministry also stated that discussions took place regarding how the atoll council could provide support for the ongoing work on the national fishermen's registry and the installation of RSW (Refrigerated Sea Water) systems on fishing vessels.
