Fisheries Minister Ahmed Shiyam has met with some members of the GDh. Faresmaathodaa Council.
The Ministry stated that discussions were held during this meeting at the Fisheries Ministry regarding the planned deployment of a trolling Fish Aggregating Device (FAD) in the Faresmaathodaa area. However, no further details regarding the meeting were shared.
Faresmaathodaa constituency MP Ashraf Rasheed also participated in this meeting.
