The number of this newly deployed FAD is L08V01. With this FAD, the total number of FADs in Th. Atoll has reached 4.
FADs established at a distance of between 3 and 6 miles around the islands are specially designed for trolling and sports fishing. The FAD is designed with a light visible from afar and a radar reflector to easily identify its location.
