B. Dharavandhoo Council has decided to hold a fishing competition as part of the "Magey Eid 1446" program to celebrate the upcoming Eid al-Adha.
The "Honeybunny Masrace 1446", organized by the Dharavandhoo Council, is scheduled to be held in Dharavandhoo on June 8 from 14:30 to 21:30. The council stated that the purpose of this fishing competition is to foster friendship and instill a love for fishing among the residents of Dharavandhoo and visitors attending Magey Eid 1446. Cash prizes are offered to the winning teams from this 30,000 MVR fishing competition sponsored by Honeybunny.
Winning categories and prizes in the fishing competition:
• 1st Team – 15,000 MVR
• 2nd Team – 8,000 MVR
• 3rd Team – 5,000 MVR
• Team catching the largest (heaviest) fish – 2,000 MVR
The Dharavandhoo Council has now opened the opportunity to participate in this fishing competition. The council requests teams wishing to participate in the tournament to submit the designated form before 23:59 on May 31. According to the rules of the fishing competition, each participating team must have at least 4 members. Both males and females can participate in the team. If children under 16 years of age are participating, the council must be notified of a guardian responsible for the child.
