Council requests to facilitate ice availability for Komandoo fishermen

The island council has requested the President to make arrangements for Komandoo fishermen to obtain ice.

During the meeting held between President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and the Komandoo Council members, the council requested two things related to fishermen.

The first is to expedite the completion of the ice plant being developed on the island. The second is to facilitate a way for Komandoo fishermen to easily obtain ice.

In his remarks, the President stated that he would look into the matters highlighted by the council and work to fulfill them in the way the council and the citizens desire.
