Contractor Sought to Build Fish Market in Landhoo Harbour Area

The N. Landhoo Island Council has announced it is seeking a contractor to construct a fish market in the island's harbour area.

According to the announcement, the fish market will be a newly established facility in the harbour area. The 30-foot by 50-foot fish market must be built according to the drawings provided by the council, using the contractor's own materials. The council stated that 15% of the project cost will be issued as an advance payment, while the remaining balance will be paid in three installments.

Interested parties are requested to submit the bid registration form before 14:00 on Thursday, 5 December 2024. Completed bid forms must then be submitted to the council office before 14:00 on Thursday, 12 December 2024. The council noted that bids submitted by unregistered parties, as well as late submissions, will not be accepted.
