The PCB's announcement states that the selection for the CEO position will be based on education and experience, and the selected candidate will receive a salary between $12,000 and $15,000, in addition to an annual bonus. The PCB has decided to sign a four-year contract with the selected candidate.
The position of MIFCO CEO became vacant following the dismissal of Ahmed Samah Rasheed from the position and the company's board of directors on May 21 this year. MIFCO has been operating without a CEO for four months. MIFCO is currently being temporarily managed by the company's Chief Financial Officer, Ilyas Haneef.
